When I graduated from University, I was invited to share a testimony at graduation. It is just as true today as it was ten years ago. I recite it often to myself as a reminder of the big picture:

Life flies, so God has shown me that the only reason for living is that the Lamb that was slain may receive the reward of His sufferings-my loving praise and adoration. Whatever means He is pleased to receive glory from me, I gladly accept from His loving, nail-pierced hand.

I praise God for leading me here, to make me more like my precious Jesus. Being like Him, I experience the joy of fulfilling my true purpose of exalting His glorious name. My example wholly loved me by joyfully laying down His life so I could also die to self and live to bring glory to the Father.

What a Saviour we serve!
